LIBeLIS Concludes Its Second Round of Financing
This second round was led by Iris Capital and all historic investors
followed: iSource, Innovacom, Cap Decisif, bringing total investment
in the EIA software developer to 6 million euros.
Paris, France — June 30, 2004 - LIBeLIS SA, the European leader in
Enterprise Information Access (EIA) today announced that is has raised € 4.000.000 in a second
round of financing led
by new investor, Iris Capital. Existing investors Innovacom, iSource and Cap Decisif, confirmed
their confidence in LIBeLIS's plans and strategy with increased investments in the company.
Pierre Violo, Chairman and CEO declared, "This new investment constitutes a major milestone
in LIBeLIS's history. It will enable us to confirm our leadership position in the EIA market by
developing our international presence and to initiate the development of the US market. We will
also accelerate the introduction of new offers in the LiDO and Navilis product lines, the
development of strategic partnerships and the creation of brand awareness."
